Tsvi's practice embraces legal issues arising from the integration of technology, capital raising and business law.
Tsvi provides active assistance to multinational high-tech, semiconductor, banking, beverage and business consultancy corporations in the transfer of employees to Israel.

Tsvi is a member of the committee on foreign workers of the Israel Bar Association, responsible for leading legislative and policy activities with regard to the entry of foreign experts to Israel. He promotes the Global Corporate Relocation Treaty and lecturers regarding at the treaty in international conferences.
Tsvi is a member of the Immigration & Nationality Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
Tsvi holds LLB degree from the Faculty of law in Tel Aviv university.
